Be Part of the DCHS Class of 1959 Memory Book!

We plan to publish a keepsake which will be titled, The DCHS Class of 1959 Memory Book. The book will contain a number of things including pictures and your completed questionnaires (links below). Please fill out the questionnaire and email or mail it back in. Even if you cannot attend the reunion, please complete and send the information. We also ask that you keep your answers brief so each questionnaire is a single page in the book. If you have any questions, just call Jim Strawn, 404-936-7737.
